🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders of $40 or more: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $40: A flat shipping rate of $5.99.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? No. To ensure the security and successful tracking of our liquidation shipments, we only ship to verified physical street addresses via professional carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 9 business days.

How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package's progress.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please contact us immediately at info@mallclearhub.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will do our best to update it.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or we made a mistake, Mall Clear Hub covers the shipping.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
