At Mall Clear Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your liquidation finds. We understand that shopping for clearance items online requires trust, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mallclearhub.com.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Physical Address: Returns must be shipped to our headquarters: 1528 W 21st St, Wichita, KS 67203, USA.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Mall Clear Hub will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because of a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

5. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
