Thank you for choosing Mall Clear Hub. We are dedicated to delivering your mall liquidation finds as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. SHIPPING RATES

FREE SHIPPING: All orders with a subtotal of $40.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: For orders under $40.00, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
3. ORDER PROCESSING (HANDLING TIME)

Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time - US).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
4. TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIME
We ship from our domestic logistics hubs to ensure reliable delivery:

Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 9 business days (Handling + Transit).
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS & P.O. BOXES
To ensure the safety and successful delivery of our liquidation inventory, we partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

NO P.O. BOXES: Please note that we only ship to physical street addresses. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided, we may contact you for a physical address or cancel the order.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's official website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@mallclearhub.com. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
